Eng. Amer Al Ajmi is the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Alfanar Projects. He has been a member of Alfanar Group since 2008.
With over 25 years of engineering experience, Al Ajmi has proven to be an industry leader. He contributed to the growth of Alfanar Projects’ activities through the acquisition of Giga projects in Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Spain, Egypt and India. Under his leadership, the company obtained and carried out projects valued at SAR 30 billion.
The expertise of Al Ajmi goes further than its work on Alfanar Projects. He is also a board member of Jeddah Althaniya Water Company and the Saudi Polytechnic Institute for Renewable Energy. He has a strong track record of delivering the business growth strategy, maximizing value, and identifying strong investment opportunities through active collaboration and partnerships.
Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Saudi-Spanish and Saudi-Indian Business Councils. He accomplished outstanding achievements in delivering commercial and operational successes as a top executive.
Al Ajmi brought his expertise to round tables at the Saudi-Korean Investment Forum, the Saudi-Spanish Investment Forum, and the Saudi-Turkish Business and Investment Forum. Al Ajmi has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University, KSA. He possess extensive specialized skills in sales generation, revenue growth, cost optimization, and brand building strategies gained over the course of affiliations with large reputable organizations.
